Serval is a strikingly beautiful cat, similar in color to the African Serval, or Savannah Cat, which ancient Egyptians worshiped for its grace and power. This Serval is an all-American guy, and an affectionate, fit, and playful young adult who is quick to make friends. He will rub his head on your legs to gain your attention, sweetly asking for you to stroke him. Then he’ll make his big move, rolling around on the floor or cuddling in your arms for more. Ready to play? Pick any toy – a feather on a stick, chiming ball, stuffed mouse, or laser pointer – and you’ll find that Serval is a bundle of fun, too. He’s pretty quick! But he still can’t seem to catch the red dot from the laser pointer.

Because Serval has tested positive for FeLV (feline leukemia virus) he is looking for an adopter or permanent foster home where he can be the only cat or with other FeLV+ cats. He is bonded with his foster brother Pez (also FeLV+) and they would like to be adopted together.
