Andrew is a year and 7 months-old. Vaccinated, neutered, 40 pounds, medium sized, compact athletic built.  This handsome boy is from Tijuana, his original owner unfortunately has terminal cancer and wanted Andrew to be brought to the US so he can find a good family.  He's a sweet boy, good around small and big dogs. Very smart. Loves people, very affectionate.  And he loves going for hikes and long walks.
