Micah is a beautiful and sweet lady cat looking for a forever home after more than a year in foster care. She is a real looker with huge green eyes and a sprinkle of freckles across her face that just melt the heart. Micah’s owner became ill and so this gorgeous lady is in search of a new home. Besides loving to keep you company, Micah is an affectionate and playful girl, enjoying laser toys, chasing bugs and mice. Ask her to play fetch, she will happily oblige. Maybe this is why she gets along with dogs, they recognize a kindred spirit! She is good with some cats after a proper slow introduction, but can be bossy with the smaller more timid ones.
Micah he is very fond of being pampered, including being brushed, getting scratches under the chin and eating treats! One of her favorite past times is to nap the day away in a sunny window, and watching the activity outside. She is a polite kitty, happy to use her scratching post, not attack curtains or furniture, and has good litter box habits. She could be your perfect companion!
Micah is currently at the Fairfax County Animal Shelter, after over a year with Fancy Cats, to see if a change of scenery will help her find a home. She would love to meet you there!
