Oso is a  Lhasa Apso that is 9 years old as of August, 2017. He has been nothing but a sweetheart since he arrived here. He loves to hang out with all of the staff and dogs! We are unsure of how he is with children, but we do know he dislikes cats. Oso is a low energy dog that would love to have a forever home where he can lounge during the daytime, and cuddle up to his owner at night. He is up to date on all medical including vaccinations, flea prevention, heartworm prevention, and being neutered.
