Foster Home Feedback

August 15th - The longer that Watson is with us, the more I realize that he is an amazing dog!!  He has been with us around a month now and he is a great companion.  Watson listens amazingly well, even in a hectic setting.  He sits, lays, comes and backs up on command.  He never jumps on people and very rarely barks.  He doesn't jump on the furniture or the bed, but will sleep right next to the bed.  He kennels very well; he goes right in and sits down with no problems.  Watson is such a fun and loving dog, he is one of the best I've ever met.  He loves everyone he meets, kids, adults, dogs and cats (even kittens).  He will make someone an awesome companion!!

July 24th - Hi Everyone.   If you want a fun-loving happy dog who has great manners then Watson is the dog for you.  Watson has been with our family for a couple weeks and he is doing fabulously.  We have 2 dogs (1 big and 1 smaller), 1 cat and 3 kids.  He does great with all of them.  He is a bigger dog but he doesn't jump at all.  He stays off the furniture without needing to be told and he sleeps on the floor by our bed at night.  He does not need to be kenneled while he is home alone.  He does great when we leave him to roam while we are gone  (no accidents and no bad behaviors).

Watson is house broken and has had no accidents while he has been here.  He will let you know he needs to go out by running around by the door.  He is not a barker and behaves himself very well when new people come over. He is great with the kids and loves to catch ball.  He listens great and is very aware of what his people want.  He plays great with his foster brother and sister and basically leaves the cat alone.  When he does go up to the cat he just sniffs him and then wanders away.  Watson has the look of a Rottie but he acts like a Lab, he has the Lab smile on his face all the time!  Watson is an awesome companion!
June 21st - Watson plays fetch, very well and drops the ball for you to throw it again. He does very well with both small and large dogs. He is interested in the cats, but really too busy here to pay them much attention. He is not cage or food aggressive and loves to walk on the leash. He pulls a bit, but if you talk to him and let him know what you want him to do, he does listen well. He sits on command and pays very close attention to his handler……well accept when bunnies hop by.
