Flash is such a cutie!!  He's petite and loving with a beautiful coat.  Flash is a very friendly dog and I think he'd fit in to just about any home.  Apply to adopt him today!

2/17/12~ volunteer feedback: Flash looks like he has some spaniel in him. His coat reminds me a bit of a King Charles spaniel. This guy seems very easygoing. Some dogs are stressed in a kennel environment, but Flash seems like the kind of dog who just goes with the flow. He has very soulful eyes, and he likes to make eye contact. I think he's learned he gets more treats that way! I really enjoyed spending time with this little dog. He will make such a great pet for someone!
