Macie is a "glass-half-full" kind of dog. She is jazzed to meet new people and will quickly win you over with her friendly personality and adorable ears. She loves to explore the world and will sniff every inch of your house and yard. Macie graduated from an obedience class in March and knows "sit," "down," and "wait." She is also house and crate trained, and knows not to jump on people when they greet her. Her favorite activities include playing with other dogs and going for hikes, but she is just as happy to spend some time cuddling. When you look at Macie, the chemical burns on her back are evidence of prior abuse or neglect, but she doesn't dwell on the past, she's just happy to be loved and alive! Macie will need to go to a home where she can get adequate exercise and regular training. If you are that family, she can't wait to start her new life with you.
