I love to be where you are and to know what’s going on! I love to sit with you while you  work, nap with you, or just lay near you. I love to have my chin scratched and get pet on my back – I’ll purr loudly for you if you do! My favorite time of day is when my human comes home and can play with me. I get a lot of energy when my human gets home in the evening and I love to run and jump around to show how excited I am. I love to play with the red laser dot, crinkly pom pom balls, and feather teaser toys. Every once in a while, I’ll even play hide and seek. I’m very curious and love to look in bags, cabinets, drawers, or anywhere to see if there might be something I can play with. I adjust well to new situations once I get over how overwhelmed I feel. I’ve even gone on a few road trips and I enjoyed sleeping in the back seat! I’m very good at keeping an eye on those pesky birds outside of the window.

My curiosity has gotten me into a little bit of trouble. Over a year ago, I had to have surgery because my human learned that I had been eating hair bands and pieces of plastic and tape. Since then, I have been eating at least 50% wet food and having a little bit of laxatives to keep my tummy happy. (Dry food and treats are definitely still my favorite.) I’m definitely not a fan of vet visits anymore either, but if everyone acts like it’s normal and my idea, we’ll all get back home just fine!

I've never been around other animals, so I'm not sure if I would like them.

I can be visited in my current home, as adoption fairs are a little scary for me.
