Meet Wrigley.   He was given away by his family on Craigslist to a man who wanted him to hunt. He was soon "fired" from his job because his owner didn't think he was cut out to be a hunting dog and since he wouldn't "earn his keep", he landed in a very overcrowded shelter.  He has very little chance of finding a home in SC and so Worthy Dog would love to help him find a forever family.  In order to do so, we need a foster or adopter willing to take him in.  If you are able to help, please do apply. 

Wrigley is reported to be a happy, goofy guy who gets along with others.  He is super smart and willing to please.  He'll make a good companion for someone who would enjoy hiking or walks around their neighborhood.  Wrigley feels he would be a good fit in any home, his only request being that someone not expect him to hunt.  He's just not the guy who wants to hunt.   Due to his young age, he would benefit from some obedience training, as most young dogs do.

UPDATE 10/15/18 

Wrigley arrived 2 days ago, and is settling into nicely to his local foster home. He's being fostered as an only dog, but has 2 kids in the home to play with. More to come on Wrigley as he settles in.
