Charlotte is a very sweet 2 year old girl who was surrendered to the shelter. She loves attention.  She is shy till she gets to know you.  She likes being petted and likes you to talk to her.  She will start kneading her paws with Joy when getting your attention.  She is ok with other cats and would like a friendly cat companion.  She has a very sweet face.
