Billy is very cool cat that is still young at heart.  Unfortunately, his owner recently passed away, so he is looking for a new forever home.  Foster care has shown that the way to Billy’s heart is through brushing, petting, and simply adoring him.  He’s very friendly and outgoing and likes to follow you around from room to room.  He loves to play with toy mousies and chase a laser pointer, plus he has the cutest “squeak” of a meow. 

Billy would do best in a quieter home, but he’s used to living with another cat and has done well with his foster’s kitties.
