Lucy was a dog that one of our volunteers tried to help when her family needed a foster for a short time.  After many months trying to reach out to the owner they didn't want the dog back. The foster was only trying to help the family for a short time and cannot adopt her.  So we are looking for a loving home for this sweet girl who loves kids and other dogs.
