Meet Otis!  What a big, handsome boy he is.  He just turned 1 year old but is already calm and mannerly.  In fact Otis is the perfect gentleman, with a spontaneous, playful side!  He's not very happy about all of the cats hanging out at the shelter and would be thrilled to move to a home of his very own.
