Meet Claire! This sweet angel was adopted from the Center about two years ago, but her adopter could no longer care for her. Claire has made her way back to the Center and is eager to find her happily ever after. In true Dutch fashion, Claire is an even-tempered sweetheart who just wants to be loved.
