Alma is a female orange domestic medium hair cat born around October 1, 2017.
She was born to a feral mother under a chicken coop and spent her first six weeks outdoors.
Alma loves playing and snuggling with other cats.  She also lives with two dogs but is not impressed with them.
Though she has been living indoors with a foster family for a couple of months, she still doesn't fully trust humans.  Alma would rather watch people than interact with them.  She does not play with people and does not like to be approached.
Alma would love to live in a home as a companion to another cat.  Because she is so shy, she needs a quiet home with cat experience and no small children.

The best home to adopt me would be Experienced cat family
The best home atmosphere would be Quiet/calm
This kitty has what sort of characteristics? Bonded Pair
Other animals? May be best with other cats
May be good with gentle dogs

All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have are Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $90 for kittens or $60 for adults over 1 year (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration).

The Yolo County SPCA is a private, not-for-profit, foster home-based animal rescue organization and does not have a shelter. All of our animals awaiting adoption are in foster homes. For more information about this animal, please email yolospcafoster@gmail.com. For more general questions, please see our website at www.yolospca.org.

We are still accepting applications on this animal; we do remove the pets from our site once they are adopted.
