MEET SAMURAI! He is a 6 month old boy from a mill release in Arkansas. He has missed a lot of his early socalization and will probably always be a shy or timid guy. Samurai is becoming more comfortable with his foster mom and will come up for pets, but is still rather wary of strangers. He is great around other animals, ignores the cats and the pig (yes PIG!) at his foster home, and he loves to do the shiba 500 with his Shiba foster brother. He is learning some basic commands like sit, and he is eager to learn but gets distracted easily. He crate trained and willingly puts himself in at night to sleep, and we would encourrage his forever home to stick with this routine as it is his safe place. He is still not a fan of walking on a leash, he will still do the shiba death roll (shiba death roll=roll on the ground if he doesn't want to be on a leash), so his leash manners need a LOT of work. We recommend walking him on BOTH his martingale collar AND a harness for safety.

He still needs a lot of work, but has come a long way since scared puppy we picked up from the mill. Samurai is currently located in Kansas with a foster for SIRTx. Transport is available to the TX/OK border or DFW.
