Here is my story: I was surrendered by my owner's son to these great folks as my owner was diagnosed with some health problems and could not care for me. I am a bit on the overweight side and will need to be on a strict diet and exercise plan. I absolutely adore newcomers people and dogs alike.  I just love all of the attention.  My foster mom says that I am getting more and more energy by the day and once I get to a healthy weight I am going to love someone to go on long runs with or hiking! Just don't forget a tennis ball because my favorite thing to do is play fetch! I would love to explore this great big world. There is so much to see and smell! I am so excited to be getting healthy and with each pound I lose the more energy I have and my play style is changing as I get more and more comfortable in my new skin! I lived such a sedentary life before it is great to be able to run and play!! My ideal home will have another pup in the house for me to run and wrestle with.  Someone needs to be home, at least part of the day,  to be able to spend time and work with me.
