A Little Bit About Me

 

Archie is a really nice dog who comes to us from an overcrowded shelter. He is likely a mix of Pit Bull and Boxer, but maybe something smaller like a terrier as well. We found his face exceptionally attractive.

 

Archie is still a juvenile with plenty of energy, joy in play, and an open mind to fill. He is gentle in intention but jumped on everyone he met. He may not be a good match for less sturdy kids and grownups. He needs plenty of daily exercise with mental stimulation mixed in.

 

Archie would like to play with just the right dog buddy. Dog parks are not a good place to take Bully Breeds, as they tend to learn more rough play than is good for them. Although Archie gets amped up playing with both people and dogs, he does not like rough stuff. He will step away if he doesn't enjoy the interaction of another dog.

 

Archie has not had the chance to get a good education yet. He would benefit from Family Dog Classes, and probably ace his way through some dog sports like Nose Work (a scenting sport) and Agility.

 

If you can't resist his face, get to know the rest of Archie. He is a fine specimen of a Bull Breed mix, perhaps you will show him off as an ambassador for the breed (after some training, of course). Archie's happy prance will make everyone enjoy being around him.
