Ghost came to us from Berkeley County Animal Center.
Ghost is a young handsome playful boy full of personality! We are not sure how he landed himself at the county shelter but we are very thankful that we were able to save this sweet boy!
Like most young male German Shepherds, he is quite full of himself! He enjoys a nice day of romping and running around in a nice fenced in yard. He would rather enjoy all the space to himself. Ghost was not properly socialized when he was younger so his playing sometimes gets misunderstood. He does not attack at other dogs by any means, but would be better being the only dog in the home. We haven't cat tested him but can upon request.
He is an active boy who is seeking an active family! He would love to go on nice long walks. nice long jog or hike through the woods or mountains! (he would blend right into a snowy mountain! :-O)
He loves his people and looks forward to seeing them! He gets so excited! He loves playing with his toys and would love to have a child that could go outside and throw his toys for him!
He told me just the other day that he just wished he could adopt a child. Maybe a child around 10 or older? Someone who he could teach to play fetch with him. ;). I tried to explain that's not how that works, he's not here to adopt a child... He's here for a child or family to adopt him but he just didn't want to listen!
Either way, we would love to see this beauty go into a home to call his own! If you think you are that family please contact us to schedule a time to meet him!
