Layla is a loving country girl. She wants all the attention all the time BUT don't worry she will be completely devoted to you! She is hearing impaired so don't sneak up on her it'll bring her quite a fright. Right now her hearing loss is only partial but with age she may go completely deaf. She just needs some loving care and patience to be the perfect girl for you! I’m here waiting.The adoption fee includes age appropriate vaccinations and deworming, Frontline application, spay or neuter surgery, collar, ID tag and a leash.  A $35 (non-refundable) deposit will hold the pet for you for 5 days.  The Shelter is open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 4 pm and the first and third Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.  Call 803-536-3918 for more information or email at: adopt@orangeburgspca.org
