Franz is a handsome four year old shepherd mix who was turned in to the shelter by his owner. He is quite "anxious" in the shelter and is trying to figure out who he can trust. He appeared to be noticeably afraid of me, especially when I had my camera up to take his pictures, but otherwise, he seems to be a good dog.
