Otis is a handsome hunk that enjoys laying in the sun and enjoying a good book. (Yes he can actually read we have video proof!) When he's done being intellectual he enjoys romping around the yard with his foster dog sisters. He is a great help around the house...he licks the spoon after his foster mom fills his Kong for him and he also enjoys lounging on freshly washed blankets. He sleeps on his dog bed but prefers the couch - can you blame him? He is a professional snuggler - yes that's actually a thing ;) and a great kisser.
