Hi! I am Cartier, and I am a jewel! I am very sweet and love to cuddle. I am reserved with new people but I soon fall in love with a little attention.  I seem to be okay with cats that I see, but I have not officially met one so a meet and greet will be needed. I also seem to be neutral with dogs, but I will need to meet any possible fur brothers or sisters. I recently had puppies and they are all getting ready for their forever homes and now it is my turn!
