Scarlet came to us as a homeless, very pregnant young girl. Her kittens all went to loving new homes after they were weaned, but Scarlet never came around to enjoying the company of humans.  She does get along with other cats.  Scarlet would be the happiest serving as vermin patrol in a barn or warehouse environment.  She has been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations.  Adoption fees are waived for our barn cats, but we do require that they have access to fresh food/water and suitable shelter.  She will need to be contained for 3 weeks after adoption in order to acclimate to her new home.  If you are interested in providing a home for Scarlet, please call or text 850-902-5326.  Or see other available barn cats at mysafeplacepetrescue.org
