    • Giovanni is a sleek miniature black panther in every way but the teeth.  Don't worry, for Gio having no teeth is a plus!  He came to the Yolo County SPCA with an advanced case of stomatitis.  He was in excruciating pain and could barely eat.  Gio was underweight because it was too painful to eat even wet food.  Luckily, many wonderful donors chipped in to get Giovanni the dental care he needed.  While it took a few weeks to get the hang of eating without teeth, Gio has never been happier.  He successfully eats dry food, but he really enjoys his wet food treats too.  Take him home and watch him continue to blossom.
    • Giovanni's wonderful purrsonality shone through despite his pain.  His purr starts just being near people.  Once you start, you can't stop loving on Gio.  He'll guide your hand back for more love, or give you gentle head bumps asking for more attention.
Gio is currently living with other cats, and they get along swimmingly.  There are also three dogs in his foster home.  While the energetic 75 pound pup was initially too much for him, Giovanni has learned how to hold his own.
He must have been an indoor cat in his early life because he has no desire to go outside.  Being pampered is all he wants now.  If you are looking for an exotic god to worship, Giovanni could be the one for you.
