Jem is a female brown mackerel tabby with white who was born around August 25th, 2019.

Jem is a friendly and energetic kitten who enjoys inspecting people’s faces (she has a special interest in eyelashes). She likes playing with her kitten siblings but loves adult cats, often following them around, asking to be groomed and taking a nap on top of them. Jem is extremely athletic and has a penchant for snuggling up in high places. She is an absolute love and likes to be picked up doesn't mind  receiving medication or having her nails trimmed. Jem would do best in a home where she has another kitten or cat to play with.

Jem was found by a good samaritan in woodland when she was 3 weeks old.  She was rushed to the UC Davis VMTH where she received emergency treatment and was then placed into a Yolo SPCA  foster home with a family who adore her to pieces.
