Meet Cindy! This beautiful girl was rescued from a kill shelter. Cindy has the most upbeat attitude and just needed a place to flourish. She loves playing and greeting visitors. Volunteers frequently witness Cindy doing binkies. She is so thankful to be living life and now just needs a Furever Home to spread her joy.
