MUST BE THE ONLY CAT!!!  LOVE BUG!!!  KID-FRIENDLY!!!  Lap cat!!  Please meet Archer (FCID# 10/26/2020 - 52)!   He a a handsome medium/long hair adult, at least 7 years old.  His hair is silky smooth!  His fur color is black with a brown sheen.  Archer was obviously someone's pet at one time as he is microchipped but which was unfortunately never activated.  This is how we know he is at least 7 years old as of 10/26/2020.

Archer is just the epitome of a love bug.  He gets so absolutely excited for attention he will make you dizzy watching him weave and prance all around your legs begging for pets and snuggles. If you’re sitting down, he will try to jump behind you to weave around your neck and head just to show your he’s ready for you to shower him with attention.

His fur is so silky and soft that starts off dark black on his head and face then fades to a flame tinged chestnut color -he’s got the trendy ombre look going on.  His favorite toy is the balls on a track - he’s mesmerized by it batting them round and round. Archer is super laid back and relaxed - keen to just follow you around and settle down for some petting whenever you are.

He is on a sensitive dry food but we mix with regular wet food (which he loves).  He also keeps a very tidy litter box which his foster family appreciates.  He would probably get along with a dog - his foster dog family member is old and relaxed and they coexist in peace. Archer is gentle with kids and puts up with lots of hugs and squeezes.  His favorite spot to relax is actually inside a crate. If it’s closed, he will actually put his paws through the grate to open it and climb inside. Archer deserves a home of his own and to be showered with tons of love that he will definitely give right back to his new family.  Turn up the volume to hear him purr in his video!

Archer needs to be the only cat as he did not like his previous owner's resident cat. Archer would love to be in a home environment again.
