Meet Cleo! Cleo was likely born outside after her mom was abandoned by her previous owner. She was very shy when she first came to us, but as she learned to trust people she showed them her goofy, wonderful personality. Cleo gets so excited when her foster family enters the room. She loves attention almost as much as she loves her toys. Her favorite thing to do is bury herself under her blanket where she can entertain herself for hours. She is energetic, curious, and always makes her foster family laugh.
