From the foster: Collin was brought in with his sister after they were found on the street. He has been hesitant to trust but with every day he gets braver. Treats are a great motivator to bring him out of his shell. Love and patience do wonders and I can't wait for him to meet his best friend who will love him forever. After all even introverts need close friends to hang out with.
