    GENTLE AND SWEET

    Meow! My name is Java. My estimated date of birth is 1/20/2017. I am a calm and mellow senior kitty. I like to be up high and observe my surroundings from on top of the cages here. I like sitting on cat trees and looking out the window. I like treats and love wet food. I am affectionate and love to be petted and giving gentle head butts. I will meow at you. I like to pull at your pants or stand up against you to get your attention! I have a heart murmur. I get along with other cats, have not been around dogs, and would be okay with kids so long as they were kind and respectful of me. If you are looking for an older, friendly kitty, I could be your girl! I am a kitty corner and would love if you stopped by to meet me!


    Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
