Hello yawl, I am Susanna Mae. I am a 7-and-a-half-year-old Shih Tzu mix. I have been with  my foster Brian for about 7 months. When I first came to Street Paws I was very shy and unsure of what to think of my foster parents house. I seem to adapt pretty well and become very comfortable in my environment. I currently have 3 foster brothers and a sister. Even though I am tiny I can still handle my own with two dogs and a cat in the house. I have hypo thyroid and urinary crystals so I need lifelong medication and prescription CD dry dog food.  Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at  https://form.jotform.com/232355976148163 The application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. Our adoption fee is $300 They have been given age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested and treated, if necessary, dewormed, have received flea prevention, and are micro-chipped.
