Fawn is a 1.5-year-old gorgeous orange, black and white calico who arrived at the Shelter in January after coming from an unstable home environment.
Initially she was quite uncertain, her previous life was chaotic and unpredictable and that resulted in her behavior being very reactive and scared. During her time with us, the focus has been on providing consistent gentle and affectionate care to build her trust and learn that people are safe and loving.
We are happy to share Fawn has come a long way! She is blossoming into the sweet, gentle cat she truly is.
Fawn would do best in a calm, loving home where routines are predictable, and where she can trust her environment to be safe.
She is not a fan of other pets for company, so someone who will be home a lot would be wonderful, so she is not alone for hours throughout the day.
Fawn is looking for a patient, gentle soul to bond with who can take time and develop a relationship with her for life.
