Phoebe came to Ruff Love with a terrible case of mange.  With medication she is SO MUCH BETTER!  She may always have spots where her fur won't come back, but otherwise she is healthy and ready for a forever home.  She's loving and so appreciative of love and attention.  She would make a great companion to any family.
