This handsome all-grey fellow is Smokee! You’ve probably noticed his gorgeous long hair and sweet face, but he’s got a rockstar personality to go with his good looks. We know he is about 3-4 years and given his outgoing demeanor assume he was a pet at one time. He absolutely adores being pet, kissed on his head, and partaking in long brush sessions. This guy will probably give you nose bumps and put his face in yours to indicate he’s having a great time and trusts you. Since he’s still young, he has a playful side too, which sometimes comes out as a love nibble or by being a bit mouthy. Not to worry, though, as he is easily redirected. However, Smokee will need an adopter willing to learn his cues and respect boundaries. For example, Smokee does not like to be picked up, but he will come to you for lots of affection and headbutts. 

Smokee seems to be good around other cats but we do not know if he has been exposed to dogs. He responds well to older children with proper introduction.

Smokee is FIV+, but that is no big deal! We have found that FIV+ cats tend to be extra lovey-dovey and can live long, healthy lives.  FIV+ cats can also live and play with non-FIV+ cats.
