Meet Simba! This laid-back grey lad is living his best life, giving his caretakers all the love he has to offer. While it might not look like it in the photos (because we tried to get his best angles), he is a surprising 15 lbs. Even if he is quite the literal handful, he adores being held against your torso and over your shoulder. Simba probably won’t want you to put him down even if your arms are tired, but he is so sweet and adorable that we can’t fault him for wanting affection. 

When FC trapped this guy, he was previously neutered, but no microchip was found. Given his size and people-friendly demeanor, we believe he is a former pet and not meant for a life on the streets. He has shown some interest in toys, like wands and feathers, and would benefit from a household that can engage him and help monitor his diet. 

Simba seems to enjoy the company of other cats. We do not know how he would respond to dogs or children, but given his calm and gentle demeanor, he may be OK with proper introduction.
