If you like German Shepherds then you need to check out Thor!!!!  He is a purebred Shepherd, 9 years old and weighs 113 pounds.  

We don't know the details yet, but we think Thor's owner may have passed away or went to a nursing home.  They definitely loved Thor because they made sure he would be able to find another home.

Thor is great with kids and he does play with the neighbors dog but he can get protective of his property.  Of course he is a Shepherd!!!  We will have to get him away from the house to test him with other dogs.  Thor would love a home to just live out his final years of life.
