Nova is a 5-6 month old Australian Shepherd x Bernese Mountain Dog mix who wished upon a star and hopes to find her forever family! Nova was rescued from the shelter with a few of her solar system pals. She came across the galaxy to find her forever home and we can’t wait to find them for her! We expect Nova will be in the 60+ pound range when she reaches her adult weight, though that is just a guess! This fabulous puppy has charmed everyone she’s met and we know she will do the same to you once you meet her! Wish on our Nova today!

Nova is the sweetest and most friendly puppy in the whole world! She loves belly rubs and is always up for a cuddle session. Don’t tell this gal she isn’t quite “lap dog” size. She doesn’t believe it and we aren’t going to tell her! She always has a brilliant smile on her face and comes charging over happily when you call her name. She has the perfect puppy personality - fun, curious, energetic, and playful but also always ready for a long nap. Nova dreams of a loving family who will give her a never ending supply of toys and pets. She is the perfect size dog for a day hiking, or a trip to the park to make some new friends (for both her and you). Nova runs the full spectrum of energy level throughout the day like any good puppy is! When she’s up, she’s charging around and showing off her toys. When she’s ready for a nap, she passes out with a smile on her face. Nova would love to find an athletic family ready for adventure. She is also ready to provide you with thousands of kisses and cuddles once you bring her home. It’s hard to believe how much love this gal has in her heart!

Nova wakes up at 7 AM for her morning treat before she heads outside. She comes in and has her breakfast around 7:15 AM before she goes back out for her morning zoomies and playtime. She spends her morning alternating between playing and napping. It’s hard to be a puppy! She gets her lunch in a snuffer toy around 12 PM so she can utilize her amazing brain. Afternoon brings more playtime, naptime, and cuddles with her foster mom. She gets her dinner at 5 PM and then spends an hour zooming around the yard chasing her foster sibling around. In the evening, she hangs out with the resident dogs in the living room as they get cuddles and watch TV. She goes out for one last potty at 10 PM and then goes to her soft bed and goes to sleep dreaming of snuggles and adventures ahead!

Nova adores her canine foster sibling. They spend all day running around the yard and playing together. She loves kids and adults alike but can sometimes overwhelm the littlest of kids due to her energy. Nova would benefit from puppy training classes as she is super smart and has a ton of potential. She’s highly food motivated which will make training a blast. Nova is the perfect pup for those ready for the adventure of a lifetime. What are you waiting for!

Nova is only an option for those with prior dog owning experience. Priority will be given to those who have a history of large breed ownership. Kids should be over the age of 6.
