We don't know exactly how Phil came to us, but we are so glad that he did! Phil is an incredibly social and affectionate young male cat. He loves to play and to cuddle-- he even likes to boop noses with his person! He is healthy and well-adjusted to living with humans. He gets along very well with his foster brother, a male cat around the same age. We are optimistic that he would adjust well to a home with young children and/or other pets. Of note, he will bite (gently) if his belly is touched, which is normal cat behavior.

Phil likes to be wherever his people are, and is very vocal. He meows when he would like to be fed and often for no reason at all. He has a lot of energy, and would benefit from an enriching environment with people around to play with him, other pets, and/or big windows.
