    Meet Odie!

If you're looking for a big, outgoing, and affectionate young dog, Odie is your boy! He does well with people of all ages and knows how to be gentle when playing with his humans! When he's leaning into your lap for love, or giving the cutest play bows and zooming around your feet, he's in his happy place! He would love to go to a big family where he has plenty of people to give hugs and kisses to.

Odie loves to play and go on adventures so he would love a moderately active home that will take him on hikes or walks through town. Even with his energetic side, Odie also knows how to settle in and relax with his people. He walks nicely on a leash, knows how to 'Sit', and could likely learn much more in no time. He will do whatever it takes to please his family. With how adaptive he is, he would likely fit into most homes.

Odie has had a few friends here at the Ranch and would likely do well in a home with another doggy pal or two to keep him entertained when his humans are away! He loves to wrestle and roughhouse with them, but he also takes corrections well and knows when to give a dog some space. Does he sound perfect for you?

Call the Ranch to come meet him today!

Rescue Ranch puppies are raised through our puppy foster program. They will have met adults, children, often other dogs, maybe cats. 16-week or older puppies will have taken part in our "Reading to Rescue Pups" program and attended many events.

When they are at least 8 weeks old, puppies are given a wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian.

Before going home, all puppies will have been dewormed and received all age-appropriate vaccinations for parvo/distemper, and Bordetella. If they are 4 months or older they will also have their rabies vaccination.

All p uppies are also microchipped and registered with  911PetChip .

We require spay/neutering of puppies at 6-8 months old (or the appropriate age for giant breeds)  by our veterinarian. The procedure is covered by the adoption fee. Alternatively, adopters can choose to have the procedure done by their own vet (proof required),  and a portion of the cost will be refunded.

All of our dogs receive the best in veterinary care and are spay/neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated.

The standard adoption donation fee for all dogs and puppies is $300

(unless a reduced fee applies )
