I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Kevin, and I am a sweet kitty! I won’t ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be my playful self.

What My Foster Says About Me: Current foster, 2/10 - Kevin is really starting to come out of his shell! I’m so proud of how confident he has been!! When he first arrived Saturday morning he was timid, scared of everything, and did not like open spaces. After working with him and introducing him to new areas slowly, he is running the house like it’s his! He is soo playful and absolutely loves his scratching posts and mouse toys! He is still very kitten and it’s super cute. He is also very silly. Sometimes he doesn’t really know how to be a cat, so he’s constantly making me laugh by doing odd things, he’s definitely spunky! He likes to sit on your lap for scratches and he has recently decided the bed is a safe space and he slept through the night! He’s such a good eater and he’s by far the cleanest foster cat I’ve had. He doesn’t kick up any litter and he has yet to get any food on the floor! Kev is still unsure of a lot of things, but you can tell he’s trying so hard. Overall, he is genuinely such a funny cat. It’s so nice to see his kitten spirit come back after having such a rough start!

Previous foster - Kevin is a charmer! His cute nose spots, long white whiskers, little bit of white on his side that makes you want to “dust him off” and big eyes will just suck you right in. His look is so whimsical that he could be the star in a children's book. Sometimes Kevin is not sure if he wants to be picked up or just play so it is like having a talk with a little kid, "So, Kevin, what would make you happy right now?" This boy has real-play-drive! Kevin came to his original rescue with a broken pelvis. He was vet checked, and his vet determined that he has healed. At times, Kelvin may have his little “kickstand” out when he sits. Since Kevin needed room to move and grow stronger muscles and be able to run around (plus he could use more holding and loving) - Kevin moved to his foster home. He loves his foster mom and is attached to his foster dad! He runs and plays like others his age.  According to his foster mom, "I love his walk, it has a swagger in a good way."  It has been a big and good move for Kevin, and so far - he’s taking it all in stride!
