Meet Jasper!
Weighing in at only 7 pounds, he was found with his BFF Beans in a backyard in the cold weather. He is super cute and has a lively and loving personality. Jasper is working on his potty training and doing great! He is kennel trained and loves to practice basic commands. He is totally vetted and ready for a good home.
