About Liza: 

Liza is a sweet, loving, and playful 2-year-old Belgian Malinois. While she may be a little shy when you first meet her, don’t let that fool you! Her love for pets and attention will help her warmup quickly and she’ll soon be your loyal best friend. She came into the rescue this January with twelve beautiful healthy puppies. Her puppies are all older now and thriving in their own foster homes and Liza is ready to find a family of her own. 

Great with dogs and cats:

Liza is a social butterfly who gets along with dogs of all ages. She loves to play and quickly becomes best friends with her canine companions. She's a wonderful playdate hostess and is always happy to share her toys and even her food and water bowl with other dogs. Liza also lives peacefully with a cat and is incredibly respectful of her feline friend.

Training:

• Crate trained – Liza sleeps quietly in her crate all night. She rides quietly in it in the car and spends time in it while her foster humans are at work.
• Leash manners – Liza is a dream on walks—she has excellent leash manners, doesn’t pull, and is calm around other dogs. She’s the perfect hiking buddy and would love to explore the outdoors with you.
• Potty trained – Liza is completely potty trained and has never had an accident inside. She has her favorite potty spots in the yard and always makes an effort to go there.
• Obedience training – Liza is incredibly smart and is currently learning basic obedience. She will thrive in a home where she can continue her training.

Ideal Home:

Liza is looking for a home with experienced dog parents who understand her breed and can continue her training. She loves the company of other dogs and would thrive in a home with fur siblings to keep her company.
