ZIPPIE - 1-5 years old, 58 pounds, nervous

Grey and white Zippie is nervous. She’s been thrown in an unfamiliar environment with unfamiliar people and unfamiliar dogs.   

It can be scary for a young girl. She keeps her tail tucked way between her legs. 

She’s slowly coming around though and I was very happy to see some tail wags and smiles when we met.

She likes treats and will sit for a treat. 

She will warm up to you, she just needs time.

ZIPPIE startles easily- of course - so we’re looking for a new family who will allow her the time to settle in her new home and routine.

We don’t know how she feels about other dogs; bring in any resident dog for a meet and greet.

ZIPPIE is currently in a back kennel so if you come in and don’t see her, please just ask.
