Otis is a young Belgian Malinois. He is about 6 months old. Otis was a stray, brought to our shelter by a Potter County Sheriff's Officer. A handsome boy, whose coloring is brindle, with a bit of white. He is a bit frightened right now. Our staff and volunteers will be working with him. Otis's left eye has been shot with a BB gun.
