Hi Meko here. I am a border collie/shar pei mix weighing in at 50lbs. I am very easy going and happy. I am a little over a 1 year old and just a bundle of energy, curiosity, and love. I really like humans! I met a bunch of them recently at bow wow beach and I liked them all! Also discovered I like water … a lot!! 

I would like an active family who goes outside a lot since I love running. A fence isn’t necessary because I stay with my humans. If I stray a bit, just say “come” and I’m there! Another dog to play with would be awesome but not required. My foster mom says I’m perfect, but I do have one thing to work on …   I jump up when I feel extra excited. I promise to work on that with my forever family. I like to please. Have already learned sit and fetch, so confident I’ll stop jumping soon.  Lastly, border collies like to herd and I’m no exception so no small children please. Otherwise no requirements. Just looking forward to a family which we will be mine forever.  Are you that family? If so I can’t wait to meet you!
