Dylan was abandoned in the desert prior to coming to C.A.R.E. and was very frightened.  Today he's recovered from his ordeal and lives with little Samantha.  He's very friendly and playful.  He and Sam are best buds and you can see them "dancing" together in his pictures.  It would be so cool if they could go home together!
