My name is PHILLIP, and I am the best!  Are you wondering the best what?  Well, Foster Mom says I am the best everything!  The best travel buddy – I love to ride with her in the car every chance I get (and I don’t jump around or get carsick either).  The best walking companion – I love to go for walks (just seeing her get my leash makes me spin around with excitement).  The best lap warmer – I love to sit in her lap whenever I can. The best snuggler – I curl next to her in bed (unless I get cold, then I snuggle under the covers).  And if that isn’t enough, I get along with both dogs and cats, and I am house-trained (although there might be an accident or two while I am getting used to my forever home).  I can’t tell you much else about myself, but Foster Mom says that’s the important stuff anyway.  There’s no history on me because I was a stray in a New Mexico shelter before Colorado Canine Rescue (a non-profit) brought me to the Denver area.  I look like a Chihuahua-mix and may be 8-9 years old, but that is only a guess.  Foster Mom says age is only a state of mind though, and I act more like a puppy (but don’t do all the silly stuff that puppies do until they learn better).  Don’t you deserve the best?  Then you should meet me!  Please go on-line right now to fill out an adoption application at www.coloradocaninerescue.org.  CCR is asking a $100.00 adoption donation for me, which is such a deal because I am neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative, microchipped, and I just had a dental!  Remember, though, the Rescue can’t guarantee my breed composition or my age – but you won’t care about that once you meet me!
