Meet Nacho and Charo, BBFL(best buds for life)  Charo is a brown female about 6 lbs and 2 years old. Nacho is a brown and white male about 8 lbs and 4 years old.

These two dogs are like two peas in a pod. They are so connected yet have their own unique personalities. They can be their own 'dog' but they eat from the same bowl even though they each have a bowl of their own. I often wonder where they are, only to see the bed covers moving and then two heads pop out.

They are adorable. Both love attention and they will curl up on your lap (or chest) as you watch TV or read a book. And be prepared for some kisses. Nacho is a bit more reserved than his soulmate Charo. Charo is quick as lightning and loves playing with the other dogs in the house. Nacho will cheer from a close distance. Both dogs have no issues with my two cats. One morning I couldn't find one of my cats. She was asleep in the crate with Nacho and Charo.

Potty training has been a challenge but they have made  super progress. Just make sure they have plenty of time outside to do their business and then when they come back inside keep an eye on them and don't allow them to wander freely through the house.

Charo and Nacho were a bit reserved for the first couple of days but soon relaxed and allowed us to see that they are perfectly content to be with people. When you least expect it, the dogs will put a smile on your face. They are a tight pair so we get double the love and joy of having two wonderful dogs.

They will bark to alert you when someone comes to the door, when they hear sudden noises, or if someone passes by the house. For that reason, it's best that they not be adopted by someone living in a condo or apartment.

Nacho and Charo are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on their vaccines. They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. The adoption fee for the pair has been reduced to $400 which  helps Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs, vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies.   ♥
