With his perfect features highlighted by a band of fuzzy white, Toby is a standout in any canine crowd. An impish IG/poodle mix, this tenderhearted 2-year-old is love with a capital "L" who loves snuggling on laps and giving kisses, playing with toys and romping with other dogs. Eager to please and eager to learn, he knows how to "sit", "shake" and "stay" (with some patience), can be crated for brief periods, and is at work on reducing his counter surfing and perfecting his housetraining. An avid eater, he’s best fed out of a "slow feed" bowl, and as an athletic climber, he MUST have a solid 6-foot wood (no chain link) fence to contain him, and must NEVER be left outside unattended or taken to dog parks. The ideal companion for an active and attentive adoptive home, terrific Toby will thrive in one with someone there much of the time, along with another dog his size or larger who LOVES to play.
